Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Policy

At Urban01, we take pride in our handcrafted couture ensembles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original security tags, brand labels, and garment bags must remain intact.
• Custom bespoke alterations or tailored dimensions are final sale and non-returnable.

3. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

Once a return is approved via your Client Dashboard or by contacting Customer Support, our courier partner (Shiprocket) will schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

• Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): Refunds are credited directly back to your original source account (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5-7 business days after quality inspection.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are credited via bank transfer to your provided bank account details or issued as an instant Urban01 Store Voucher.
